We want you to be happy with Kitchen Manager AI. Here's our straightforward refund policy.

Free Trial

All new accounts get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged during the trial period.

First Charge Refund

If you are charged for the first time and are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund within 48 hours of your first charge, no questions asked. Email us at hello@kitchenai.in with your registered email address.

Subsequent Charges

After the first billing cycle, refunds are granted at our discretion for documented service issues. We do not offer refunds for partial months or for simply forgetting to cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.
